Product Description

The W-type radiation tube's straight section is expertly crafted from high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tubes, while the bent section is artfully formed using state-of-the-art precision casting technology. This ingenious W-type radiation tube is tailored for high-efficiency continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Within a meticulously controlled protective atmosphere of nitrogen and hydrogen, this tube harnesses the intense heat produced by the combustion of natural gas or coke oven gas. Through an impressive process of radiation heat transfer from its robust outer tube, it swiftly and evenly elevates the strip steel's temperature from ambient to an impressive 900 degrees Celsius, thereby facilitating optimal annealing of the strip steel.
