Product Description

Crafted with precision and durability in mind, the straight section of our W-type radiation tube is composed of a high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tube, while the bent section boasts advanced precision casting technology. This remarkable W-type radiation tube finds its application in continuous annealing processes, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Operating in a protective atmosphere enriched with nitrogen and hydrogen, this innovative tube harnesses the thermal energy produced by natural gas or coke oven gas combustion. It rapidly and evenly elevates strip steel from ambient temperatures to approximately 900 degrees Celsius through efficient radiation heat transfer from the outer tube, optimizing the annealing process for superior results.
