Crafted with meticulous precision, the straight tube of our W-type radiation tube is constructed from high-temperature resistant, centrifugally cast pit tube, while the bent tube is expertly formed using advanced precision casting technology. This exceptional W-type radiation tube is integral to continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnace, and silicon steel heat treatment furnace. Operating in a protective atmosphere of nitrogen and hydrogen, it harnesses the potent heat energy from natural gas or coke oven gas combustion. This energy is adeptly utilized to rapidly and uniformly elevate the temperature of strip steel from ambient conditions to approximately 900 degrees Celsius, facilitated by the efficient radiation heat transfer from the outer tube, thereby streamlining the annealing process of strip steel.
