Product Description
The straight tube of the W-type radiation tube is expertly crafted from high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tube, while its bent tube is meticulously manufactured using state-of-the-art precision casting technology. This W-type radiation tube is ideal for applications such as continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnace, and silicon steel heat treatment furnace. Operating within a protective atmosphere of nitrogen and hydrogen, the tube harnesses the powerful heat energy from natural gas or coke oven gas combustion. This energy is then efficiently transferred to the strip steel, heating it rapidly and uniformly from room temperature to approximately 900 degrees Celsius through advanced radiation heat transfer from the outer tube. This process significantly enhances the annealing of the strip steel, ensuring superior quality results.
