Product Description
The straight segment of the W-type radiation tube is crafted from a high-temperature tolerant centrifugally cast pit tube, while its curved section is expertly formed using precision casting technology. This W-type radiation tube is engineered for seamless integration in continuous annealing processes, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment applications. Within a safeguarded atmosphere of nitrogen and hydrogen, it capitalizes on the thermal energy released by the combustion of natural gas or coke oven gas. This facilitates the rapid and uniform elevation of strip steel temperatures from ambient levels to approximately 900 degrees Celsius, achieved through radiant heat transfer from the outer tube, thus ensuring the efficient annealing of the strip steel.
