Crafted with meticulous precision, our W-type radiation tube features a straight tube forged from high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tube. The bent tube is a marvel of precision casting technology. Engineered for excellence, this sophisticated W-type radiation tube is an integral component in continuous annealing lines, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Operating under a protective atmosphere of nitrogen and hydrogen, it exploits the heat produced by the combustion of natural gas or coke oven gas. This process allows for the rapid, even heating of strip steel from ambient temperature to a formidable 900 degrees Celsius, ensuring a flawless annealing process through the radiant energy transmitted from its outer tube.
