Product Description
The straight tube section of the W-type radiation tube is expertly crafted from a high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tube, while the bent sections are precision manufactured using state-of-the-art casting technology. This advanced W-type radiation tube is ideally suited for demanding applications such as continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Operating within a protective nitrogen and hydrogen atmosphere, the tube efficiently harnesses the immense heat energy from natural gas or coke oven gas combustion. This energy is then adeptly transferred through radiation heat from the external tube, swiftly and uniformly elevating the temperature of strip steel from ambient levels to a precise 900 degrees Celsius, ensuring thorough and effective annealing.
