Product Description
The W-type radiant tube features a straight section crafted from high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tube, while the bent portion showcases precision casting technology. This advanced W-type radiant tube is primarily employed in continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Under a protective atmosphere of nitrogen and hydrogen, it harnesses the thermal energy generated by the combustion of natural gas or coke oven gas. This process rapidly and uniformly elevates the temperature of strip steel from ambient to approximately 900 degrees Celsius through radiant heat transfer from the outer tube, thereby promoting the efficient annealing of strip steel.
