Crafted with meticulous precision, the straight tube of our W-shaped radiant tube is forged from high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tube, while the bent tube showcases the finesse of precision casting technology. Designed for unparalleled performance, the W-type radiant tube is indispensable for continuous annealing processes, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Working seamlessly in a protective nitrogen and hydrogen atmosphere, it harnesses the power of natural gas or coke oven gas combustion to rapidly and uniformly elevate strip steel from ambient temperatures to a scorching 900 degrees Celsius. Through advanced radiation heat transfer from the outer tube, it ensures the seamless annealing of strip steel, driving efficiency and excellence.
