Product Description

The straight tube of the W-type radiant tube is expertly crafted from high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tube, ensuring durability and resilience under extreme conditions. The bent tube, on the other hand, showcases the precision of our advanced casting technology. This W-type radiant tube is specifically designed for use in continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Operating within a protective atmosphere of nitrogen and hydrogen, the radiant tube leverages the heat energy generated by the combustion of natural gas or coke oven gas. This energy is meticulously transferred through radiation heat transfer from the outer tube, swiftly and uniformly elevating the temperature of strip steel from room temperature to approximately 900 degrees Celsius. This process significantly enhances the annealing efficiency of the strip steel.
