The straight section of our W-type radiation tube is expertly constructed from a high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tube, showcasing our unwavering dedication to durability and unmatched quality. Specially engineered for continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces, the W-type radiation tube thrives in a protective atmosphere rich in nitrogen and hydrogen. It efficiently harnesses the intense heat energy from the combustion of natural gas or coke oven gas, achieving swift and uniform heating of strip steel from ambient temperature to around 900 degrees Celsius. This ensures optimal annealing through outstanding radiation heat transfer from the outer tube. Exemplifying efficiency and precision, this product is an essential solution for your heat treatment applications, setting new benchmarks in the industry.
