Product Description

The straight tube of the W-type radiation tube showcases impressive construction with its high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tube. Meanwhile, the bent tube is crafted with precision casting technology, exemplifying our commitment to quality and durability. This W-type radiation tube is indispensable in continuous annealing processes, including galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Within a protective atmosphere composed of nitrogen and hydrogen, it harnesses the heat energy generated from natural gas or coke oven gas combustion. This advanced design ensures the strip steel is heated rapidly and uniformly from room temperature to approximately 900 degrees Celsius through the radiant heat transfer from the outer tube, thereby optimizing the annealing process of the strip steel.
