Product Description

The straight segment of the W-type radiation tube is meticulously crafted using high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tubes, whereas the curved components benefit from advanced precision casting technology. This W-type radiation tube is adeptly employed in continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, as well as silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Engulfed in a protective nitrogen and hydrogen atmosphere, this radiant tube harnesses the thermal energy from the combustion of natural gas or coke oven gas to swiftly and uniformly escalate the temperature of strip steel from ambient levels to approximately 900 degrees Celsius. This process, driven by radiant heat transfer from the outer tube, is essential for the seamless annealing of strip steel.
