Product Description

The W-type radiation tube features a straight section crafted from high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tube, while the bent tube is meticulously produced using precision casting technology. This marvel of engineering is essential for continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Under a protective atmosphere of nitrogen and hydrogen, this radiation tube harnesses the powerful heat generated by either natural gas or coke oven gas combustion. It efficiently transfers this heat through radiation from the outer tube, swiftly and uniformly heating strip steel from ambient temperature to a soaring 900 degrees Celsius. This precision heating facilitates the flawless annealing of strip steel.
