This W-type radiation tube finds its essential applications in continuous annealing processes, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and the sophisticated silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Within a protective atmosphere rich in nitrogen and hydrogen, this pioneering radiation tube masterfully harnesses the thermal energy emitted during the combustion of natural gas or coke oven gas. This ensures the strip steel is rapidly and evenly heated from ambient temperatures to an impressive 900 degrees Celsius. This expedited and uniform heating process is key to achieving the perfect annealing of strip steel, setting new standards in industrial excellence.
