Introducing the cutting-edge W-Type Radiant Tube, meticulously engineered for exceptional heat resistance. The straight tube is crafted from high-temperature-resistant centrifugally cast pit tube, promising unparalleled durability. Meanwhile, the bent tube showcases precision casting technology, ensuring flawless performance. This radiant tube is expertly designed for continuous annealing, galvanizing wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Within a protective atmosphere of nitrogen and hydrogen, it harnesses the potent heat energy from natural and coke oven gas combustion. This innovation heats strip steel rapidly and uniformly from ambient temperatures to approximately 900°C, facilitating seamless strip steel annealing through the radiant heat transfer from its outer tube.
