Crafted with pioneering precision and superior materials, the straight tube of our W-type radiation tube boasts high-temperature resistance due to its centrifugally cast pit tube composition. The intricately designed bent tube is crafted through advanced precision casting technology. This innovative W-type radiation tube is indispensable for consistent annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Enveloped in a protective atmosphere of nitrogen and hydrogen, it efficiently harnesses the heat generated by natural gas or coke oven gas combustion. This allows for the rapid and uniform elevation of strip steel temperatures from room temperature to approximately 900 degrees Celsius. Through the marvel of radiation heat transfer via the outer tube, it facilitates an impeccable annealing process for strip steel.
