Product Description

The W-type radiation tube showcases a remarkable blend of advanced materials and cutting-edge technology. Its straight section is crafted from high-temperature resistant, centrifugally cast pit tube, while the bent portion is expertly formed through precision casting. This product is indispensable in applications such as continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Operating within a protective nitrogen and hydrogen atmosphere, the radiation tube efficiently harnesses the heat generated from the combustion of natural gas or coke oven gas. This energy is skillfully transferred through the outer tube, swiftly elevating the temperature of strip steel from ambient levels to approximately 900 degrees Celsius via radiation heat transfer, thus optimizing the annealing process.
