The W-type radiation tube showcases a masterful blend of advanced technologies: a straight tube crafted from high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tube, alongside a precision-cast bent tube. Engineered for excellence, this state-of-the-art radiation tube finds its application in continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Operating robustly within a protective nitrogen and hydrogen atmosphere, it leverages the heat generated from natural gas or coke oven gas combustion. This remarkable process ensures rapid and uniform heating of strip steel from room temperature to an impressive 900 degrees Celsius, effectively facilitating the annealing process through the outer tube's superior radiation heat transfer.
