Product Description

Crafted with precision and resilience, the W-type radiation tube features a robust straight tube made from high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tube, while the bent tube is shaped using state-of-the-art precision casting technology. This innovative design is essential for continuous annealing processes, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and the silicon steel heat treatment furnace. Operating within a protective nitrogen and hydrogen atmosphere, the tube harnesses the heat generated from natural gas or coke oven gas combustion. This allows for the swift and uniform heating of strip steel from ambient temperatures to an impressive 900 degrees Celsius, ensuring efficient radiation heat transfer through the outer tube and facilitating optimal annealing of the strip steel.
