Crafted with an unwavering commitment to excellence, the straight tube component of the W-type radiation tube is constructed from high-temperature resistant, centrifugally cast pit tubes. The elegantly bent portion is artfully created using precision casting technology, ensuring unmatched durability and performance. Designed for applications such as continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces, this W-type radiation tube excels in delivering consistent heat distribution. In an atmosphere enriched with nitrogen and hydrogen, the tube harnesses the energy of natural gas or coke oven gas combustion. This energy is masterfully converted into radiant heat, swiftly and uniformly elevating strip steel temperatures from ambient to a robust 900 degrees Celsius. This ensures the seamless and efficient annealing of strip steel through radiant heat transfer from the outer tube.
