Meanwhile, the precision casting technique brings the bent segments to life, ensuring unparalleled resilience. Perfectly designed for continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnace, and silicon steel heat treatment furnace, this radiant tube excels in a protective atmosphere comprised of nitrogen and hydrogen. Through the ingenious use of natural gas or coke oven gas, the tube rapidly and uniformly elevates strip steel from ambient conditions to a striking 900 degrees Celsius. This swift and even heating is facilitated by the outer tube's radiation heat transfer, ensuring flawless annealing of the strip steel.
