Crafted with unparalleled precision, the W-type radiation tube’s straight section boasts a high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tube, while its bent section exemplifies precision casting mastery. This marvel of engineering is integral to continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Under the protective embrace of nitrogen and hydrogen atmospheres, it harnesses the potent heat generated by natural gas or coke oven gas combustion. This radiant energy is meticulously transferred to swiftly and uniformly elevate strip steel from ambient temperatures to around 900 degrees Celsius. This ensures flawless annealing, enhancing the quality and performance of the strip steel.
