Product Description

Crafted with excellence, our W-type radiation tube showcases a straight tube forged from a high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tube, while the bent tube is meticulously crafted using precision casting technology. This marvel is indispensable in applications such as continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnace, and silicon steel heat treatment furnace. Operating within a protective nitrogen and hydrogen atmosphere, it masterfully harnesses the potent heat energy emanating from natural gas or coke oven gas combustion. This energy is efficiently transferred through radiation from the outer tube, allowing the strip steel to be swiftly and uniformly heated from room temperature to approximately 900 degrees Celsius. Such precision enables the flawless annealing of the strip steel, optimizing its performance and quality.
