Within a protective atmosphere enriched with nitrogen and hydrogen, this pioneering radiation tube harnesses the intense thermal energy emitted during the combustion of natural gas or coke oven gas. This ensures that the strip steel is rapidly and evenly heated from ambient temperatures to an impressive 900 degrees Celsius. Such expedited and uniform heating is crucial for achieving the perfect annealing of strip steel, setting new standards in industrial excellence and performance.
