The W-type radiation tube features a straight segment crafted from high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tube, while its bent sections benefit from the precision of advanced casting technology. This innovative design is integral to operations such as continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. In an environment safeguarded by a protective nitrogen and hydrogen atmosphere, this sophisticated radiation tube optimizes the transformation of heat energy—sourced from the efficient combustion of natural gas or coke oven gas—into a powerful, evenly distributed thermal force. It effortlessly elevates strip steel from ambient conditions to approximately 900 degrees Celsius through the magical process of radiation heat transfer, facilitating an impeccable annealing process.
