Product Description

The straight segment of the W-type radiant tube is expertly crafted from high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tubes, while its curved segments are precision-engineered using advanced casting technology. This remarkable W-type radiant tube is the cornerstone in continuous annealing processes, galvanizing wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Under a protective atmosphere of nitrogen and hydrogen, this radiant tube harnesses the energy from natural gas or coke oven gas combustion to efficiently and uniformly elevate the strip steel’s temperature from ambient to approximately 900 degrees Celsius. It masterfully facilitates the annealing process through the radiant heat transfer from the outer tube, ensuring optimal strip steel quality.
