Operating within a protective atmosphere enriched with nitrogen and hydrogen, this pioneering radiation tube meticulously harnesses the thermal energy generated during the combustion of natural gas or coke oven gas. This ensures strip steel is rapidly and uniformly heated from ambient temperatures to an impressive 900 degrees Celsius. Such expedited and consistent heating is paramount to the flawless annealing of strip steel, redefining industrial excellence.
