Crafted with exceptional precision, the straight tube of the W-type radiation tube is constructed from high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tube material, while the bent tube benefits from cutting-edge precision casting technology. This innovative W-type radiation tube finds its essential application in continuous annealing processes, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Operating within a safe, protective atmosphere of nitrogen and hydrogen, this radiant tube harnesses the powerful heat energy generated by the combustion of natural gas or coke oven gas. It masterfully elevates the temperature of strip steel from ambient levels to approximately 900 degrees Celsius with remarkable efficiency and uniformity, thanks to the potent radiation heat transfer from its outer tube. This process significantly enhances the annealing of strip steel, ensuring superior performance and reliability.
