Product Description

The W-type radiation tube epitomizes engineering excellence, featuring a straight tube crafted from high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tube and a bent tube expertly formed through precision casting technology. This sophisticated tube is indispensable in continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Within a protective atmosphere of nitrogen and hydrogen, it harnesses the heat energy produced by the combustion of natural gas or coke oven gas. This swiftly and uniformly elevates the strip steel's temperature from ambient levels to approximately 900 degrees Celsius, facilitating efficient annealing via radiant heat transfer from the outer tube.
