Product Description

Crafted with remarkable precision, the straight section of our W-type radiation tube boasts a high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tube. The curved part, however, is masterfully created using advanced precision casting techniques. This exemplary W-type radiation tube finds its applications in continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Operating seamlessly within a protective nitrogen and hydrogen atmosphere, it harnesses the heat energy from the combustion of natural gas or coke oven gas. This energy dramatically elevates the strip steel's temperature, swiftly and uniformly, from ambient conditions to a striking 900 degrees Celsius. This radiant heat transfer, originating from the tube's exterior, ensures an optimal annealing process for strip steel.
