Product Description

The straight tube of the W-type radiation tube is meticulously crafted from high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tube, while its bent counterpart is formed using advanced precision casting technology. The W-type radiation tube is expertly engineered for use in continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Within a protective atmosphere of nitrogen and hydrogen, this remarkable radiation tube optimizes the heat energy generated by the combustion of natural gas or coke oven gas. It impeccably heats strip steel both rapidly and uniformly from ambient temperatures to a striking 900 degrees Celsius. This exceptional thermal performance facilitates the efficient annealing of strip steel through the sophisticated radiation heat transfer from its outer tube.
