Product Description

Crafted with precision and innovation, the straight tube of the W-type radiation tube boasts high-temperature resistance, fashioned from centrifugally cast pit tubes. The bent tube, on the other hand, is meticulously created using state-of-the-art precision casting technology. This advanced W-type radiation tube finds its indispensable application in continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Enveloped in a protective atmosphere of nitrogen and hydrogen, it harnesses the potent heat energy from the combustion of natural gas or coke oven gas. This energy is masterfully directed to rapidly and uniformly elevate the strip steel's temperature from ambient to an impressive 900 degrees Celsius. This ensures the strip steel undergoes exemplary annealing, benefitting from the efficient radiation heat transfer from the outer tube.
