Meanwhile, the bent tube, constructed using cutting-edge precision casting technology, is a testament to sophistication and durability. Our W-type radiation tube is instrumental in the seamless operation of continuous annealing applications, including galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. In an optimal protective atmosphere of nitrogen and hydrogen, our radiation tube efficiently harnesses the heat energy produced by natural gas or coke oven gas combustion. This allows for the swift and uniform heating of strip steel from ambient temperatures to an impressive 900 degrees Celsius. Through the marvel of radiation heat transfer from the outer tube, the annealing process becomes not only efficient but exceptionally effective, ensuring consistent steel quality.
