The W-type radiation tube showcases a sophisticated blend of cutting-edge materials and manufacturing techniques. Its straight section is constructed from high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tube, ensuring remarkable resilience. The precision-cast bent tube complements this, providing unparalleled accuracy and durability. This advanced W-type radiation tube excels in continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Operating within a protective atmosphere of nitrogen and hydrogen, it harnesses the potent heat energy from natural gas or coke oven gas combustion. This energy is skillfully transferred through the outer tube, rapidly and uniformly elevating the strip steel's temperature from room level to a significant 900 degrees Celsius. Such innovative heat transfer ensures the strip steel is perfectly annealed, achieving superior quality and consistency.
