The design of our U-Shaped Industrial Tube Exchanger is ingeniously engineered to offer remarkable benefits. Its simple and compact structure ensures that the interior of the tubes can be effortlessly cleaned. However, note that the shell side cannot be cleaned mechanically. Furthermore, in situations where there is a notable temperature difference, exceeding 50°C, between the shell and the heat exchange tubes, it can result in thermal stress or heat stress, which may lead to potential damage.

To address this, the strategic use of expansion joints on the shell is implemented. These joints effectively manage the pressure within the shell side, thereby preventing any damage. This innovative design is perfectly suited for environments where the shell side fluid remains pristine and free from scaling. It is especially advantageous when the temperature difference between the two fluids is minor, or even if it is significant, when the shell side pressure remains low.
