In a specially controlled atmosphere enriched with nitrogen and hydrogen, this cutting-edge radiation tube expertly harnesses thermal energy from the combustion of natural gas or coke oven gas. This carefully controlled process ensures the strip steel is not only swiftly but also uniformly heated from ambient temperatures to a remarkable 900 degrees Celsius. Such rapid and even heating is crucial for achieving optimal annealing of strip steel, setting new benchmarks in industrial excellence.
