Product Description

Crafted with precision, the W-type radiation tube's straight segment is fabricated from high-temperature-resistant centrifugally cast pit tube, perfectly complemented by precision-cast bent sections. This exceptional W-shaped radiant tube is indispensable for continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Operated under a protective atmosphere of nitrogen and hydrogen, it expertly harnesses heat energy from natural gas or coke oven gas combustion to uniformly and swiftly elevate strip steel temperatures from ambient levels to approximately 900 degrees Celsius. This ensures impeccable annealing through efficient radiation heat transfer from the outer tube.
