Product Description

Crafted with precision, the W-type radiation tube's straight portion is meticulously designed using high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tubing. The elegantly curved section is created through advanced precision casting techniques. This remarkable W-type radiation tube serves a vital role in continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Operating in a nitrogen and hydrogen protective atmosphere, the tube harnesses the potent heat generated by natural gas or coke oven gas combustion. It swiftly and uniformly elevates strip steel from ambient temperatures to an impressive 900 degrees Celsius. This process, achieved through efficient radiation heat transfer from the outer tube, ensures the optimal annealing of strip steel.
