Product Description

The W-type radiation tube exemplifies engineering excellence with its straight tube crafted from high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tube. The bent tube is meticulously formed using precision casting technology, ensuring robustness and reliability. This sophisticated radiation tube is integral to continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Within a protective atmosphere of nitrogen and hydrogen, it harnesses the potent heat energy from natural gas or coke oven gas combustion. Through radiation heat transfer from its outer tube, it rapidly and uniformly escalates the strip steel's temperature from ambient levels to approximately 900 degrees Celsius, streamlining the annealing process with unparalleled efficiency.
