Product Description

The straight section of the W-type radiation tube boasts a resilient high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tube, while its curved components are crafted with precision casting technology. This remarkable W-type radiation tube is essential in applications such as continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Within a nitrogen and hydrogen protective atmosphere, the tube leverages heat energy from natural gas or coke oven gas combustion. This allows for the rapid and uniform heating of strip steel from ambient temperatures to approximately 900 degrees Celsius, achieved through the efficient radiation heat transfer from the outer tube, thus ensuring optimal annealing of the strip steel.
