The meticulously engineered W-type radiation tube is perfectly suited for use in continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. In a protective atmosphere enriched with nitrogen and hydrogen, this remarkable radiation tube harnesses the formidable heat energy generated by natural gas or coke oven gas combustion. It achieves rapid and uniform heating of strip steel from ambient temperature to approximately 900 degrees Celsius, ensuring optimal annealing through superior radiation heat transfer from the outer tube.
