Product Description

Expertly crafted for high-performance efficiency, the straight tube in the W-type radiation tube is constructed from high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tube, while the bent tube benefits from precise casting technology. This W-type radiation tube excels in continuous annealing processes, galvanizing wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Operating within a protective atmosphere of nitrogen and hydrogen, it harnesses the heat energy from natural gas or coke oven gas combustion. The innovative design ensures the strip steel is heated swiftly and uniformly from ambient temperatures to a striking 900 degrees Celsius, thanks to the radiant heat transfer emanating from the outer tube, thus facilitating optimal annealing of the strip steel.
