Meticulously engineered for excellence, our W-type radiation tube features a straight tube crafted from high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit materials, while the intricately designed bent tube is forged using state-of-the-art precision casting techniques. This innovative W-shaped radiation tube is the perfect solution for continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment systems. Operated within a protective nitrogen and hydrogen atmosphere, it efficiently harnesses the heat energy from the combustion of natural gas or coke oven gas. The innovative design ensures that the strip steel is rapidly and uniformly heated from ambient to approximately 900 degrees Celsius through advanced radiant heat transfer technology, optimizing the annealing process.
