The straight tube of our distinguished W-type radiation tube showcases high-temperature endurance as it is crafted from a robust centrifugally cast pit tube. Meanwhile, the intricately bent tube is formed using state-of-the-art precision casting technology, ensuring remarkable durability and efficiency. Specifically designed for continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces, this innovative W-type radiation tube operates within a protective atmosphere brimming with nitrogen and hydrogen. It optimizes the heat energy generated from natural gas or coke oven gas combustion to swiftly and uniformly elevate strip steel temperatures from ambient levels to an impressive 900 degrees Celsius. Through the exceptional mechanism of radiation heat transfer from the outer tube, it greatly enhances the annealing process of strip steel, promoting superior quality and consistency.
