Product Description

The W-type radiation tube transforms high-tech innovation into reality by employing high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tubes for its straight sections, while its bent tubes benefit from the precision of advanced casting technology. Perfectly designed for high-performance industrial environments, this innovative tube is indispensable in continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Within a protective cocoon of nitrogen and hydrogen, the tube leverages the potent heat energy generated by natural gas or coke oven gas combustion. This energy artfully transfers through radiation from the outer tube, ensuring the strip steel is heated swiftly and uniformly from room temperature to a searing 900 degrees Celsius, thereby facilitating the critical annealing process of the strip steel.
