Product Description

Crafted with precision and engineered for excellence, the W-type radiation tube boasts a straight section constructed from high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tube. Meanwhile, the bent section is expertly made using state-of-the-art precision casting technology. This innovative W-type radiation tube finds its indispensable applications in continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Operating in a protective atmosphere of nitrogen and hydrogen, it harnesses the power of heat energy derived from natural gas or coke oven gas combustion. This energy is meticulously transferred through radiation heat transfer from the outer tube, rapidly and uniformly elevating strip steel from room temperature to approximately 900 degrees Celsius. This process facilitates the optimal annealing of the strip steel, ensuring superior performance and quality.
