This innovative W-type radiation tube is perfect for applications such as continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Operating within a protective atmosphere of nitrogen and hydrogen, the tube harnesses the power of natural gas or coke oven gas combustion. This allows for rapid and uniform heating of strip steel from ambient temperatures to an impressive 900 degrees Celsius, ensuring efficient annealing through radiation heat transfer from the outer tube.
