Meanwhile, the bent tube is meticulously produced using advanced precision casting techniques. This exceptional W-type radiation tube is indispensable for continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Operating in a highly protective nitrogen and hydrogen atmosphere, the radiation tube efficiently harnesses the energy generated from natural gas or coke oven gas combustion. Experience rapid and uniform heating of strip steel from ambient temperatures up to an impressive 900 degrees Celsius, thanks to the outer tube's radiation heat transfer. This ensures swift and thorough annealing, paving the way for superior quality strip steel.
