Essential in key industrial processes, this W-type radiation tube plays a vital role in continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and advanced silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Operating within a nitrogen and hydrogen-rich protective atmosphere, this innovative radiation tube efficiently utilizes thermal energy from natural gas or coke oven gas combustion. This process ensures rapid, uniform heating of strip steel from ambient temperatures to an astounding 900 degrees Celsius, optimizing the annealing process and setting a new benchmark in industrial performance and quality.
